Straderial x GT Gallery unveil the Unique, a Land Rover Defender 110 SW 7-seater presented in a grand manner. Combining two of the most beautiful body and interior colours in history on the iconic Defender is an exercise that offers a spectacular result.
Nearly 250 hours were required to create the extensive « Cartier » upholstery in nappa leather. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional and is evident in every detail; steering wheel, dashboard, gussets, knobs, handbrake, cubicle, door surrounds, sun visors, box bays, etc. The Alcantara-clad roof lining is of the finest effect. The carpeting and loop carpets are also made to measure with matching piping in the « Cartier » colour.
The bodywork has been completely disassembled and removed from the chassis to be painted in the famous « Slate Grey » colour. The reassembly is done in such a way that this Defender looks like it came from the factory in this colour.
The chassis has been given a special treatment to withstand the rigours that any adventurer like the Defender has to face.
It also gets a variety of features such as a special grille, long running boards, a spare wheel, and a tow bar to pull a Jaguar E-Type Lightweight to Brighton for the Goodwood Revival.
As well as being a first hand car, it only has 55,000 km on it. It has its stamped service book as well as a file of invoices and all its other booklets.
